Soulcare Sunday—healing together.

Soulcare Sunday is a weekly live workshop designed to help you cultivate emotional and mental well-being through practical coping skills. The tools, topics and techniques explored in this space guide you back to your natural state of well-being by deepening your understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. Join our membership community and dedicate yourself to well-being every Sunday at 7p est. Everyone deserves wellness—if financial need exists, free enrollment is always available.

  • Body

For the body, we incorporate breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to release stored tension and regulate the nervous system. These practices encourage a deeper connection to your physical self, promoting balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

  • Mind

For the mind, we offer guided reflections, thought-provoking discussions, and evidence-based coping strategies to help reframe limiting beliefs and cultivate emotional resilience. Each session provides a space to explore personal growth, self-awareness, and mental clarity in a supportive community setting.

  • Soul

For the soul, we engage in meditation, energy alignment, and spiritual exploration to nurture inner peace and self-connection. Through intentional practices, we create space for healing, intuition, and deepened alignment with your highest self.

The intersection of well-being and genuine connection.

We meet via Zoom every Sunday at 7p est for an exclusive Soulcare Workshop.

"I am so grateful to heal in community. Soulcare Sunday reminds me that I am not alone in this journey of self healing. It feels like a hug and energizes me for the week ahead."

“I used to spiral and give up. I'd feel sad and lost for days. Omi has helped me learn that my emotions are messengers and reminders from my inner self to heal. After spending most of my adult life not knowing how to process my emotions, I'm beginning to view challenges and emotional reactions as an opportunity to reflect and grow. "
