The Soulcare Collective is dedicated to providing a space where there are no barriers to mental and emotional wellness. Centering community and accessibility, we’ve created Soulcare Sunday: a live weekly workshop curated to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. Join our membership community and commit to your healing every Sunday at 7pm est.
Healing together.
In addition to professional and peer support, Soulcare Sunday provides the opportunity for you to reflect, process, and take care of your own needs before tending to the needs of others. In practice, soulwork may include setting boundaries, practicing self-love and compassion, breath work, thought work, engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment, seeking support when needed, and prioritizing rest and relaxation.
Weekly Workshops
We meet via Zoom every Sunday at 7p est for an exclusive Soulcare Workshop.
Meditation Replay
Each month we provide a replay of an original guided meditation. Enrollees can rewind, pause, reflect and enjoy.
Soulcare Sunday x The Skool App
Enrollees have an opportunity to connect with likeminded folx and build community on the Skool App, where we share updates, reflections, and support one another in between workshops.
Centering community care and accessibility.
Everyone deserves wellness. As long as there is a financial need, you can request free enrollment.

“I used to spiral and give up. I'd feel sad and lost for days. Omi has helped me learn that my emotions are messengers and reminders from my inner self to heal. After spending most of my adult life not knowing how to process my emotions, I'm beginning to view challenges and emotional reactions as an opportunity to reflect and grow. "
