Meet Our Nutrition Expert
Morgan Alexis Kidd, M.S. is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend, first generation Jamaican-American born, mental wellness practitioner specializing in holistic and integrative mental health healing modalities. Morgan utilizes her strong clinical background grounded in an African-Centered framework to help guide individuals through what it means to illuminate the soul, to truly “know thyself” and connecting the mind, soul and the physical body for optimal daily functioning. Morgans’ experience includes working with high or low level functioning individuals experiencing, or symptoms related to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and/or trauma-and stressor related disorders, amongst many others. Utilizing a client-centered approach, Morgan works in partnership with the client to craft a plan that feels authentic and specific to their needs. In addition, she specializes in the use of Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT and motivational interviewing. She is also a proud alumna of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical university.
