Our Wellness Programs

The Affordable Mental Wellness Program

The Affordable Mental Wellness Program is intended for clients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to pay full market rates for mental wellness coverage. The Affordable Mental Wellness session rates are: $45 for a 30 minute session, $60 for a 40 minute session and  $75 for a 50 minutes session.

The Soulcare Mental Wellness Program​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Soulcare Mental Wellness Program is intended for clients for whom the current market rate for mental wellness coverage is unaffordable but are also not eligible for the Affordable Mental Wellness Program. The Soulcare Mental Wellness session rates are: $60 for a 30 minute session, $75 for a 40 minute session and  $90 for a 50 minutes session.

Integrative Nutrition

A healthier nutritional lifestyle can significantly enhance your mental wellbeing, offering a strong foundation for overall emotional balance and cognitive function. By prioritizing nutrient-dense foods and mindful eating habits, you can cultivate a harmonious relationship between your physical health and emotional well-being, nurturing both your mind and soul.

The Soulcare Sunday Subscription

Soulcare Sunday provides a safe, virtual space, for the collective to actively gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. This community care program is $10 a month however, as long as there is a financial need, you can request free enrollment.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, CashApp, FSA/HSA accounts, and Loveland Foundation vouchers. Please note that we do not accept insurance at this time.

  • Absolutely. If you are in a position to pay the standing market rate for a mental wellness session, you are welcome to mention this to your provider at any point during your wellness journey.

  • The Soulcare Fund is a community initiative where a portion of our fees is allocated to provide free mental wellness sessions for those who need it the most. This fund helps make mental health support more accessible to underserved communities.
