Late Cancellation Fee

A $15 late cancellation fee will be applied for same-day cancellations. Clients are required to provide at least 24hours’ notice to cancel a session.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected before all sessions. Services will not be provided until the balance is paid in full. If payment has not been made within 30 days of the session, the card on file will be charged automatically.

Grace for Delayed Payments or Missed Messages

Initial extensions of grace will be provided for delayed payments or missed communications in your inbox. However, it is the client’s responsibility to check their communication channels, such as emails, for invoice notifications.

Outstanding Invoices Policy

Note on Payment Accountability

We understand that life can get busy and intentions may be good, but forgetting to pay for services is still grounds for cancellation. Timely payments are essential to maintaining the integrity of our practice and ensuring uninterrupted care for all clients.

Flexible Payment Options: Clients are encouraged to discuss the following options:

Bulk Payment: Clients can choose to pay for their sessions once a month to streamline payments.

Vouchers: Clients may inquire about voucher options for financial support.

Card Authorization: Clients can grant permission for us to charge their card automatically to avoid missed payments.
