Soulcare is a revolutionary act of healing. The Soulcare Collective is an online space dedicated to supporting and enhancing the mental well-being of Black, Brown, and Indigenous folx. Through individual and community care, we emphasize mental wellness, natural medicine, healthy living, self-health and spiritual development. What motivates us is creating spaces for BIPOC folx to have consistent access to culturally competent wellness services and when possible, free services.

The Benefits
Work From Home
Work from the comfort of your home, on your own schedule. You are an independent contractor (self-employed). You will receive a 1099-MISC (Copy B) each January. You are also paid weekly, every Tuesday.
Focus on Client Care
Offload admin and billing work. We provide the administrative support required to support you focus on centering client care.
Flexibility
Create a flexible full-time schedule. You decide which days and hours you’d prefer to work.
Compensation
We currently offer two programs, the Affordable Mental Wellness Program and the Soulcare Wellness Program and rates range between $45 and $120. You are welcome to participate in one or both programs. For specialty offerings, you are invited to set your own rates.
Receive client referrals. While we promote your services via Instagram and our email listing, you are also strongly encouraged to self promote to increase your visibility as a Soulcare provider.

Support and enhance the holistic well-being of Black, Brown and Indigenous folx. Serve clients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to pay full market rates.
About you
We are looking for a compassionate, flexible, energetic and organized practitioner with extensive knowledge of integrative mental health resources, counseling processes and practices.
—Master's Level degree or higher n Social Work, Psychology, Community Psychology or a related subject area
—Experience in therapeutic support for adults
—Excellent writing skills
—Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
—Integrity and professionalismReliable Internet connection
—A desire to self promote and share expertise with the Collective via social media, blogs, etc.
—Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via video-based therapy
—Bilingual skills in English/Spanish, English/French/Creole and American Sign Langauage is a plus
—Knowledge of or interest in learning more about African/Black Psychology
—Knowledge of or interest in learning more about meditation, yoga, plant-based lifestyle, holistic living, etc. a plus.
—Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection and a webcam
Compensation
At minimum $97,500* per year at 30 hours a week
*Assumes 50 working weeks in a year; Actual earnings may vary due to factors such as caseload and client engagement on the platform.
